Angelica is an experienced English law qualified solicitor with over 20 years’ of corporate finance and commercial law experience.

Having been a partner in one of the City’s leading law firms and in-house counsel for a well known City firm, Angelica provides legal services to clients with international connections, she speaks fluent English and Russian.

In addition, Angelica has been admitted as a notary public in England and Wales. As such, she is authorised to produce notarial acts for clients for use in England and Wales and overseas and advise on relevant cross-border requirements.

Angelica’s key strengths are efficiency, understanding of clients’ needs, and ability to resolve legal issues in the most professional way based on her experience and expertise.

Angelica is a member of the Notaries Society of England and Wales and is regulated through the Faculty Office of the Archbishop of Canterbury.
